Destined to be a very low population card, we made just 2 in the first run in January with no more being pressed this year. We hoped one could land perfectly to keep pack-happy-fresh. This one is as close as we can get. The vintage stock chips like crazy when the blades hit it. To that end, I never liked the ‘57 Topps Mantle. No matter what you do with it—it appears off-centered as Topps REALLY must’ve wanted his whole bat in the photo pushing him so far left it’s awkward for me.

This one is the opposite. A stunning portrait of the reigning Triple Crown champion meticulously colorized and filtered with original 1950’s Kodachrome to give it a creamy and authentic ‘57 vibe. The Mick never looked better.
